Huron Summer Track Meet – July 11

*The Second Annual Huron Summer Track Meet is coming soon! * Join us for this exciting summer track and field event at Huron High in New Boston!

Kids and adults of all ages are invited to this meet featuring all kinds of track and field events (see schedule below).

The fun starts with the 55 meters for kids and ends with the 4 × 100 relay with many events in between.

When
· Thursday, July 11
· Registration begins at 5:30pm
· Meet begins at 6:00pm

Cost & Registration
· $10 per athlete for unlimited number of events
· Registration begins approximately 30 minutes before the first race and continues throughout the evening.
· See order of events for when to expect your event to start.

Age Groups
This meet is for all ages; from kids to adults.
New this year! Instead of using age groups, all Ɵmes will be age-adjusted so Ɵmes can be compared between participants
of all ages.

Awards
Ribbons for 1st, 2nd, 3rd for 11 and under; awarded immediately following each event

Order of Events
· 55m dash (6 & under, 7-8, and 9-11 age groups)
· 50 yard hurdles (6 & under, 7-8, and 9-11 age groups; in infield during 1600m)
· 1600m
· 400m
· 100m
· 200m
· 800m
· 4×100m relay (teams can be made up of any combination of ages and genders)
